The actress said her ‘Freakier Friday’ costar Jamie Lee Curtis “brings so much joy to our set”
Lindsay Lohan is wishing everyone a happy Monday as she nears the end of Freakier Friday.
The star of the upcoming Disney sequel posted a pair of selfies on Instagram Aug. 19, commemorating her final week of filming, calling the experience “such a great time.”
“Happy Monday! It’s our last Monday on the set of #freakierfriday and my heart is so full,” wrote Lohan, 38, in her caption. “The wonderful cast, crew and everyone from @disneystudios have invested so much time and love into making this movie!”
Shouting out members of her team and director Nisha Ganatra, Lohan had special praise for her “dear friend” and costar Jamie Lee Curtis, “who brings so much joy to our set every day and she has made this all the more special!”
Curtis, 65, reunites with Lohan in the long-awaited sequel to 2003’s Freaky Friday, with the two reprising their roles as Anna and Tess Coleman. The sequel will also bring back cast members Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Christina Vidal Mitchell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, Stephen Tobolowsky and Rosalind Chao.
