On her own Instagram, Lohan gave followers a glimpse into her family day out as she shared a series of snaps to her Stories.

Alongside a photo of herself and Mickey posing back-to-back and standing in the same pose, Lohan wrote, “Ready for the day! 🤗”

The Irish Wish star also shared a smiling selfie in the park while wearing a white Mickey Mouse cap and another one originally posted by her brother, Dakota, of the duo sitting in a blue car with Lindsay’s husband, Bader Shammas, and others.

Earlier this month, she opened up about what it felt like returning to Walt Disney Studios in June to begin production on Freaky Friday 2 in an interview with Nightline.
“For me, it was when I went on to the Disney lot,” Lohan said. “And being back on the Disney lot because that’s not just Freaky Friday. For me, that’s The Parent Trap. That’s Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. That’s Herbie.”

She continued, “It’s so many moments for me. So when I got there, I kind of felt like this essence of a little kid again.”

Additionally, during an appearance on Good Morning America, she teased that the upcoming sequel is going to be “much freakier than you would expect.”

“It’s going to be a really freaky Friday,” Lohan said with a laugh.

On June 24, Walt Disney Studios confirmed that the body-switching comedy sequel is now in production and is set to be released in theaters in 2025. The news was announced alongside a new photo of Lohan and Curtis holding hands on the set while sitting on the steps of each other’s trailer.
