Lindsay Lohan was spotted jet skiing in Malibu on the set of Freakier Friday – the sequel to 2003’s Freaky Friday – on Wednesday.

The Herbie: Fully Loaded star, 38, showed off her slender post-baby body in a skintight turquoise blue wetsuit with black knee pads and had her red hair pulled back into a bun.

The former child star appeared to be in great spirits as she filmed the beach scenes alongside her fellow cast members and several crew.

At one point, she deftly handled the jet ski as she waved to the people on the pristine California shore.

The film also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, 65, who reprises her role of Tess opposite Lohan’s Anna.

Lohan gushed about the production during an interview with IMDB, stating, ‘It feels like a rhythm that never stopped.’

She even confirmed that Tess’ band from the 2003 film – Pink Slip – will return, stating, ‘Pink Slip is returning in full force with a lot of love in their hearts. And it’s so much fun. And it feels like the band never left each other.’

Lohan teased that there is a ‘new song in this that is really beautiful.’

While they couldn’t say much about the story for the sequel, Lohan teased it has, ‘the right amount of funny, the right amount of freaky.’

Curtis added, ‘The movie is just freakier in all aspects. It’s funnier, and there’s more physical comedy. The switches are freakier.’

She added that returning co-stars Mark Harmon and Chad Michael Murray are also, ‘freakier,’ This one has more swapping.’
