Shakira officially announced the first dates of her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran,” world tour on the heels of her latest album, meaning “Women Don’t Cry Anymore.” The 47-year-old entertainer definitely won’t be crying, but she will be busy, kicking things off with 14 arena shows in the fall. OK, so the Colombiana is not actually traveling the world, a la Taylor Swift with Eras, yet.
For this initial leg, she’ll be hitting up North America, making a stop at her adopted hometown of Miami at Kaseya Center on Nov. 20. That’s a Wednesday night, so plan accordingly.
This marks Shakira’s first tour since 2018, when she jet setted around the planet for the El Dorado World Tour. A lot has changed in the mother of two’s life since then. She is no longer with partner Gerard Pique and has seemingly moved on with her hunky “Punteria” video costar, Lucien Laviscounte, from “Emily in Paris.” Fans of the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer are likely not surprised by this latest career move. Shakira’s been all over the place lately in support of her new music, popping up everywhere from Times Square in NYC to Coachella in Indio, California. On Instagram, while at the famed fest over the weekend, she told her followers she was “stoked.” “Can’t wait to be back on stage partying and celebrating with my wolfpack!”
