Dua Lipa is a self-proclaimed party girl. (“I’m always down for a good after-party, I love dancing,” the songstress told us on the garden-themed red carpet at the 2024 Met Gala.)
Like her Gucci raver ensemble from her 28th birthday in Ibiza and, more recently, five outfit changes during her headlining Glastonbury, Lipa has never shied away from stoking fashion envy with her hedonistic attire. Over the weekend, Lipa doubled down on this new sartorial rule while attending Sunny Hills Festival in Kosovo.
The Radical Optimism singer co-founded the live-music festival back in 2019, making her outing to Pristina one of her favourite “vacanzas” (or vacations) of the year. More importantly, Lipa invited her boyfriend Callum Turner to join her at the sentimental three-day soirée.
The English actor has taken to complementary couple dressing in his relationship with Lipa, and their latest endeavour is no different. Yes, they might be dressed to “dance the night away”, but Turner and Lipa’s looks are perfectly harmonious.
The 28-year-old embraced ‘main character energy’ in a sheer, backless, floral halter neck top from independent Shanghai-based fashion brand SHUSHU/TONG. She paired the piece with Celine boyfriend jeans, her sturdy Puma Speed Cat sneakers and Alaïa’s mesh fishnet handbag.
She also wore Jacquemus’ body-conscious ‘La Robe’ draped mini dress. Turner took style cues from the ‘Man in Black’ Johnny Cash in a monochrome charcoal look of polo and jeans.
Their matching indie sleaze looks come only a month after the pair took to Somerset’s fields for Glastonbury. During the music festival, the couple’s looks were influenced by British festival fashion stalwarts Kate Moss and Liam Gallagher. See the looks below.
As the saying goes, once is an instance, twice is a hobby. Masters of the (fl)air, indeed.
