Lindsay Lohan is 38 and looking great.
The Parent Trap star took to Instagram on July 7 to share a sweet carousel of photos to celebrate her birthday. Lohan was glowing as she sat center stage in a group photo with friends Georgina, Courtenay, Tracey, and Juliet, as well as her sister Aliana. Another image showed Lindsay posing with husband Bader Shammas, and her siblings, Aliana and Cody. She looked stunning in a sparkly mini dress and her long hair styled in soft waves.
The couple, who tied the knot in April 2022, looked sweet and loved-up in another, close-up photo of them cuddling together. Lohan and Shammas were first linked in 2020, and they welcomed their first child together, a son named Luai, in July 2023.
The Freaky Friday actress seemed to have celebrated her birthday with a lovely dinner with menus customized just for her. The long dinner table was decorated with tall, white taper candles and white roses. The evening ended with a cake topped with more than 10 large, lit candles.
Lohan’s birthday was July 2, and the actress initially took to Instagram to share a selfie in a frilly, pale blue dress, and a cute birthday crown. “Another trip around the sun 🎂🥳🎉😘🙏 grateful for every moment and cherishing every second of every day and all of the beautiful things life has to offer,” Lohan captioned the photo, adding, “Feeling blessed. Thank you for all of the lovely birthday wishes ☺️.”
The post was flooded with comments celebrating Lohan, including one from Dennis Quaid who played her on-screen father in 1998’s The Parent Trap. “Happy birthday. I hope you had a wonderful day Lindsay,” he commented.
Things have certainly been going well lately for the mother-of-one, who made a bit of a comeback with her Netflix holiday film Falling for Christmas in 2022. She went on to make a cameo in the new Mean Girls movie in 2024, and also starred in Netflix rom-com Irish Wish, which was a number one film on the streamer.
However, the most exciting news for fans has been the announcement that Lindsay would once again be joining Jamie Lee Curtis for a sequel to beloved 2003 Disney film, Freaky Friday. Back in June, the pair shared an Instagram photo signaling they were back in production as they could be seen posing as their body-swapped characters in front of their trailers.
